Government Apps to Keep You Up to Date
The federal government has developed applications to help you keep track of wait times at TSA checkpoints, federal job openings and more.
Seemingly everyone is on the app bandwagon, including the federal government. A number of free apps can help you save time and possibly money, including:
- Recall.gov lists all items that are subject to a federal recall, including cars, childcare products, food, etc.
- USAJobs lists all federal job openings.
- TSA.gov shows wait times at airport checkpoints.
- IRS2go provides tips and helpful information as well as the status of your tax refund.
